It's not often that you get to experience a natural process coffee from Papua New Guinea , which is exactly what makes this coffee so special.

It's smooth and a little indulgent. There's a deep berry quality — not tart or sharp, but warm and jammy, like a fruit preserve. A soft floral note runs underneath it, and the whole thing finishes clean and sweet. It's the kind of cup that tastes different (in a good way) from your everyday morning coffee.
