On March 13, we officially cut the ribbon on Culinary Crossroads at Lake Park — and it was truly a day to remember! The event brought together community leaders, local business supporters, and neighbors, all eager to explore the exciting new space that’s redefining food and beverage in Palm Beach County.
At the forefront of Culinary Crossroads is Oceana Coffee, and we’re thrilled to share some big news: our roasting facility has officially moved to this new Lake Park location. With the move comes a major upgrade — a brand-new roasting machine that boosts our production capacity from 150 pounds of coffee per hour to a whopping 460 pounds per hour. That means more of the coffee you love, crafted with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality we’re known for.
This is Oceana’s third location, and the first with a drive-thru, offering an even more convenient way to get your caffeine fix. Whether you're commuting, exploring the neighborhood, or just in need of a really good cup of coffee, we’ve got you covered seven days a week.
Culinary Crossroads is also home to two other standout businesses:
Culinary Studio is the creative core of the space — a dynamic, membership-based professional kitchen designed for chefs, caterers, food trucks, and foodpreneurs. It features shared kitchen facilities, private studio options, and a fully equipped event kitchen studio perfect for small gatherings. Hosting something bigger? The outdoor deck is available for rent and ideal for larger events, pop-ups, or celebrations. Culinary Studio also hosts classes and fun programs in a reserved studio space designed specifically for learning and hands-on experiences — so there’s always something new to try, taste, or discover. Whether you're cooking, creating, or connecting, Culinary Studio offers the space and support to make it happen.
Florida Canning Company rounds out the trio. This flexible, small-batch canning facility specializes in beverages like cold brew, coffee, soda, tea, and hard seltzer. Built to support both up-and-coming and established brands, Florida Canning can handle everything from micro-runs to large-scale production, giving beverage makers a powerful partner right here in Lake Park.
During the ribbon cutting, attendees toured the full facility, met the teams behind each venture, and got a firsthand look at how Culinary Crossroads is blending innovation and community. We were especially honored to be joined by many Lake Park Town officials, as well as County Commissioner Bobby Powell — their support and enthusiasm meant so much and reminded us why this project matters.
We’re also proud to share that Culinary Crossroads was recently featured in Florida Weekly. Take a peek at the article here: Big Brews
To everyone who came out to celebrate: thank you. Culinary Crossroads is more than a shared space — it's a shared vision for collaboration, creativity, and community. And we’re just getting started.
